Chrysler (; officially FCA US LLC, the first initialism standing for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) is one of the "Big Three" automobile manufacturers in the United States, headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The company will be renamed Stellantis once the merger of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Peugeot S.A. is completed in the first quarter of 2021. The original Chrysler Corporation was founded

Saquana mentioned, "I put my trust into Chrysler And they have ruined my vehicle. They advised me I had an oil leak. Okay fine, I allowed to fix it $500 later. Very same day oil lights comes on with brake light and can’t drive past 20 miles. No loaner vehicle given, advisor quit responding.. Had to reach out to manager who was way more helpful and listened and provided next steps."

Current Employee - Team Leader says

"Not a company for a woman to advance"

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Been here almost a year and I’m starting to think it was a bad idea to move here. These people do not know the concept of preventative maintenance. Everything gets put on hold and it’s push for production. It’s why equipment keeps on breaking down. All bandaids. Not a lot of knowledge in the plants."

Former Employee - Product Engineer says

"1. Management Keep changing program direction every 2 week. At the end put blame on engineers for not achieving it. If you try to explain they ask you to leave the group. 2. I had never seen this kind of poisonous work culture before. 3. You need to do work of 4 people. 4. So many of colleagues in this group suffered, lost their job, have to move to other departments to find peace, but management did not change in their attitude. 5. People who are their still suffering."

Management is not right hey don’t worry about the line and how it’s being ran until there is an issue then they fire you or suspend you. It’s a jungle in there.UawShort breaks, rude management, rude coworkers, rude Team leaders, no time to use the bathroom, no help on job, no training, no quality"

Sales & Leasing Specialist, Mt Ephraim (Current Employee) says

"this place has no honor or integrity. the managers are often to caught up with dealing with one employee to even help the others. Just a bad overall company"

Production Unit leader (Former Employee) says

"This company is serious the good ole boys network. You will have management who are racist. Your workers will be racist and then you have racist union reps. But they do have overtime on top of the salary for Management. This will allow you to make some real money quickly. But the other factors make it not worth your time!"

Business Analyst (Current Employee) says

"This environment is toxic. Management and leadership are not tied together and only focused on creating shareholder value. PLM system is awful. No changes in the decade working there, Have received little to no training. Pay is good at first; but annual raises and bonuses never come. UAW makes more than management in bonuses and signing agreements... CTC is not rationalized; too many people overworked; too many people not working. find a balance."

Salesman (Former Employee) says

"I was sexually harassed by a male co worker, discreetly advised," forget it" by the sales manager on duty; and treated a personal "assistant'/slave" by the General Sales Manager. And "laid off" due to me having to many "issues"."

Repair Specialist (Former Employee) says

"Poor / lack of communication Immediate supervisor not qualified to lead/ coach or mentor. I could not ask questions without a curt or rude response when I was told to contact her at any time. Constantly berated, Job was to travel and since immediate supervisor had poor planning skills I drove 2700 miles one month. I left a job not to commute"

Car Porter (Former Employee) says

"Place is a joke, everyone just stands around and gets paid to do absolutely nothing. The cars are never cleaned properly and they hire lazy high school kids who I've literally seen sleeping on the job in the cars or car wash port, that's when they're not busy smoking pot on the job as well."

Project Manager (Former Employee) says

"I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from them. I had to take them through the State of New Hampshire Wage Division hearings as well as the State of NH superior court to get wages owed."

Production Worker (Former Employee) says

"Management watches you like baby sitters. You better never mess up or you have a target on your back. Union only helps people they favor. Anyone qualified with previous experiences doesn’t matter. It’s 100% about who you know and when you know them. Not worth your time. I quit after four years defeated with a broken down body and nobody willing to help me because the job hurt my body."

Secretaria (Former Employee) says

"Boa de se trabalhar , pessoas mto agradáveis de se lidar"

Car Salesman (Former Employee) says

"Last week of every month is bell to bell schedule. Which means working 7 days from 9am to 9pm. No breaks. No time off. Even when it is not the ebd of the month you have to work 6 days a week for 8-12 hours. Sales are bext to impossible unless you're an unethical scumbag. If you have morals do NOT work in this industry. The stereotypes are there for a reason. And they're true. Do not trust them. Ever."

Product Engineer (Former Employee) says

"There is no engineering in SRT powertrain. Worst and directionless management. Fear and politics everywhere. If you are a politican or person with no brain you can survive easily. I have seen 10 departures from team within 2 years.I personally do not recommend."

Mopar Connected Services, Program Manager (Current Employee) says

"FCA is not a good working environment. I was assigned a very difficult program the get go, my boss provided no support. When i asked for help, I would only get yelled at. The next thing I know, I get terminated 6 months later (which has never happened in my career before).Big3 auto companylousy work environment"

Production/Assembly Worker (Former Employee) says

"The pay was nice, when I wasn't being laid off every three months. I would come back after a month and work a week, then laid off again. Instead of rotating staff one month on and one off, they made us take layoffs every other week, meaning we had to reapply for unemployment every week. Management played blame games instead of solving simple problems. Coworkers would come back from lunch and I would have to remind them what job they were on because everybody but me, apparently, was getting baked during lunch. I learned 40 different jobs in my first three months. People who had been there ten years didn't know how to do more than one or two jobs. I was fired out of nowhere, and when I asked why, they said it was because of a day that a called off one year before when my car broke down. The union did nothing for me. Only my supervisors, who liked me because I worked without complaining, stuck up for me, but they couldn't get my job back. My attendance was perfect, and that one call-off was with plenty of notice. They didn't deserve the work I gave them."

Assembler (Current Employee) says

"Toledo jeep plant has many issues. Temp to full-time is ridiculous. Pay starts over. Union is useless. Management is worse. Hard Drug use is abundant. Racism extends to skill trades and pay. Violence and treats of violence is a weekly affair."

Mid-Level Manager (Current Employee) says

"FCA has reverted to the 2006-2009 ways of doing business. Over-producing vehicles, wholesale of extreme volumes of "bank" vehicles and zero, I repeat, zero long term sales plan. Avoid at all costs.Literally zeroThis job destroys your soul. Not an exaggeration."

Assembler (Former Employee) says

"It was a job. paid good but you have no life and your just a number. The union was awesome but outside of that Chrysler treats its employees like numbers"

Telemarketer (Former Employee) says

"Este trabajo se trata de un ambiente juvenil, el trabajo era en equipo los vendedores con los telemarkets. Tu trabajo vale oro en esta empresa una vez me dijeron y realmente era cierto ya que por día debía lograr hacer entre 25 y 30 llamados positivos, es decir clientes que si iban a acercase al concesionario, y si no lo lograbas debías quedarte la cantidad de horas necesarias para no perder el compromiso con la empresaNadie te controlabalas horas extras no te las pagan"
